Butte-Silver Bow issued an update on the city's water situation this morning.
The ban remains in effect in the area show below. None of the several labs testing Butte's water have detected any sign of contamination, "either inside or or outside the isolated area on the map." Testing continues, however, and an update from Montana's Department of Environmental Quality is expected Monday morning,
Bottled water is available today at Montana Resources from 10 am to 3 pm. Those who need water delivered may call the hotline at 406.497.6440. The line is open from 9am to noon and 3pm to 5pm.
