Conor Webster, 20, has been charged with attempted deliberate homicide after allegedly firing several gunshots into an occupied home on the 200 block of Hummingbird Lane.
Mr. Webster was arrested not long after the incident at a different location. Evidence was recovered there and at the scene of the alleged shooting. Investigation into the incident is ongoing, according to a text from Butte-Silver Bow Sheriff Ed Lester.
