Cordelia Jacky was a resident at the Butte Convalescent Center, which is now Continental Care. After she passed, her funds were designated and invested to create the Cordelia Jacky Fund. With the help of Dr. Antonioli, funding to enhance activity programs has been provided to several facilities for many years. Now, Butte-Silver Bow acts as the administrator of the trust, guided by the 5 member Jacky Fund Committee.
The intent of the Cordelia L. Jacky fund is to provide funding for activities for elderly people who are patients in nursing homes or long-term care facilities in the City and County of Butte-Silver Bow. This funding is used as a resource to provide more activities within the facilities.
