Butte police have identified the driver that ran into Shepherd's Candy.
He is Lawrence Shea of Butte. Shea is 61.
He is currently jailed at the Butte-Silver Bow Detention Center. He is charged with Criminal Endangerment, according to Sherriff Ed Lester.

Early Saturday morning Butte first responders arrived at Shepherd's Candy after a 1994 Dodge pickup had hit the building.
Investigators determined that the truck had been northbound on Harrison Ave. It crossed the southbound lanes, then exited on the west side of the road, striking the building, Sheriff Ed Lester wrote in press release. Police, Ambulance, and Fire responded to the accident at 3:02 am.
The building was extensively damaged.
The driver was a Butte man, 61 years old.
He was taken to Saint James Healthcare where he was evaluated and released.
His blood was drawn for analysis.
The accident remains under investigation.
